It helps to include which language you were learning, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth more than a description.

Reporting a problem with a generated response

Mantiks generates its replies, lessons and exercises with an AI model. If a response is wrong, offensive, or inappropriate, tell us — email hello@mantiks.ai with the message and roughly when it happened.

Language teaching involves discussing whatever a learner wants to talk about, so responses are not scripted. We take reports seriously and use them to adjust how the app prompts the model.

Your account

• Signing in — Mantiks supports email, Google, and Apple. If you first signed up with Google or Apple, use that same method — signing in a different way creates a separate account rather than finding your existing one.
• Deleting your account — Open the sidebar and choose Delete account, next to Sign out. This permanently erases your conversations, vocabulary, lessons, quizzes, readings, settings, uploaded files and the account itself. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
• Trouble signing in — Email hello@mantiks.ai from the address on the account and we will look into it.

Languages

Mantiks currently teaches Russian, Ukrainian, English, Polish, Spanish, and Chinese (Simplified), with explanations in a language you already speak.

If a language you want is missing, tell us — it genuinely affects what we add next.

Privacy and your data

We do not run advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels, and we do not sell personal data. Your messages and attachments are processed by Google’s Gemini models to generate replies and learning material, which is how the app works.
